The list on this page provides some idea of the scope of home exercises I provide for my patients. In a nutshell, my chiropractic approach involves ‘deprogramming’ dysfunctional patterns of joints and muscles and then ‘reprogramming’ them as the motion of joints is restored and muscles have been relaxed and balanced. But the bulk of reprogramming takes place at home on a daily basis by the use of exercises like these. Many of these exercises are based on yoga postures, and some of them are simple yoga exercise.
